If anyone can drive in it defeats the safety the gates provide. This despite there being a sales office just outside the gates

My parents and I lived in a 55+ mobile home park in California for years. I ALMOST got kicked out as I was 28 at the time & one of my parents was 56? then. We were able to get a clearance for me in the "grandfather" clause because we were a family.
